Mokihinui Dam Analysis, Mokihinui River, NZ

Project: MOKIHINUI DAM SEISMIC ANALYSIS, MOKIHINUI RIVER, NZ.

Client: Damwatch

COMPUSOFT was engaged to undertake a 2D Finite Element modal spectral analysis of a section of the Mokihinui Dam. Plain strain elements were incorporated in the model with link elements used to allow for uplift hydrostatic pressures at the base of the dam.
