Project: KINGSVIEW APARTMENT BUILDING

Client: Redco NZ Limited, Tauranga

The Kingsview apartment building is an 11-storey tower structure sitting on 4 basement levels. The building is highly irregular, both vertically and horizontally. COMPUSOFT ENGINEERING was engaged to assist in the development of the structural scheme and to carry out the seismic analysis and design of the principal structural elements. Structural Steel member design was undertaken for eccentrically braced, concentrically braced and moment resisting frames.
