COMPUSOFT ENGINEERING were brought in a specialist seismic engineers to review the analysis and undertake design of the primary (non steelwork) seismic resisting elements in this 4 story combined apartment and boat stack structure. Work included design of masonry and reinforced concrete shear walls, and diaphragm design.
